The chief of Kosovo's dialogue negotiating team, Avni Arifi, has confirmed to KTV that the Serbian side has cancelled participation in this three-party meeting.
The meeting's “abort is another testimony and proves that Serbia at any cost is insisting to block implementation of the Brussels Energy Agreement”, Arifi has said.
He has added that he does not know why the Serb side rejected this meeting, but has said the Serb side continues to be destructive in dialogue.
At the EU's invitation to this meeting to both sides, it is said that the current situation with repeated frequency deviations from the area of control of Serbia and Kosovo is not sustainable for the stability of Europe's energy system.
