Yesterday, around 10:00 p.m., Kosovo police have had a lot of work. Her officials have faced tracking a car like through film scenes.
Metro found out that a Golf 6 car without a license plate had not stopped the police in Stanovc and had continued to flee to Vushtrri. The police in this municipality's region had received requests for assistance and were in pursuit of a person.
The case was confirmed by the Metro Police, who have admitted that the car has not stopped and had to be involved with the Vushtrri Police.
A car with no Golf plates, which was moving in the direction from Pristina to Mitrovica to the magistrate's, has not stopped police in the village of Stanovc. Traffic police have been tracking them, at the same time have asked for assistance from Vushtre Police Station”, police sources tell Metro.
However, the film scenes had only begun, since the driver who was attending had decided not to stop and was heading toward the village of Dumnica, Vushtrri. Always in pursuit of the police, the car had to get on the mountain road where it was stuck.
However, the suspect insisted on an escape attempt. He gets stuck on the road gets off the car and walks away. The police hunt him down and catch him after only five miles of running.
The suspected man driving his car was caught in the village of Samadredge after the long flight to the mountains by two Vushtrri Police lieutenants who had been tracking him from the start.
Meanwhile, Metro learns that the suspect had filled the car full of smuggled and unpaved cigarettes, which were confiscated in the car the suspect abandoned.
And this case shows another tendency in smuggling, as so far hundreds of cases have been seized for smuggling coming from the north to Pristina, but yesterday's case is rare because goods could be introduced by another part of Kosovo.
Otherwise, the northern region, which includes Leposavic municipalities, Zvecan of North Mitrovica, but even South Mitrovica and Vushtrri, are affected by smuggling with goods from Serbia. Metro reported several times the capture of smuggled goods, and was recently arrested by the Ii smuggling king, known as CHAca.
