Kosovo's deputy head of the Parliament, at the same time Social Democratic Party deputy (PSD), Aida Drgati in an interview given the Telegraph has spoken about the PSD's initiative to hold an extraordinary session for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue platform in Brussels.
