Starting at 10 o'clock in the Court of Appeals will be hearings for reviewing complaints in the case of Naser Kelmendi, sentenced by the first-instance court.
We remember that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced Naser Kelmendi to six years in prison at the end of the trial process against him.
He has been found guilty of possession of narcotics, while being acquitted at eight other points, including those for organised crime and murder.
Naser Kelmendi is accused of serious murder, organised crime, purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of dangerous narcotics and psychotropic substances and production and unauthorized processing of dangerous narcotics and psychotropic substances.
He has alongside Kosovo citizenship, as he was arrested by Kosovo police in May 2013 after being asked to speak to Bosnia's international arrest.
As Bosnia and Kosovo have no diplomatic relations and no extradition agreement, Kelmendi is being tried in Kosovo, but he also has charges in Bosnia.
In Bosnia, Kelmendi is being accused of organised crime, attempted murder and for sale and distribution of narcotics in Latin America, Turkey, Serbia, Croatia and other Western European states.
When the charge was read on January 16, 2015 Kelmendi was found innocent, calling the indictment a Bosnian production.
