For the third time in eight months, the contest for directorship of the Kosovo Agency for Discension (AKA) has failed.
Finally, on April 17 of this year, the Ministry of Public Administration had opened competitions for completing this position.
The contest was cancelled days ago because two complaints were addressed on the MAP Ankes Commission by candidates applying for AKA directors who were not invited to the interview at all.
The head of the Department of Public Communication in MAP, Zecir Becholli, has indicated to the newspaper that the contest has been cancelled after the commission has taken one of the candidates' complaints to base.
After the announcement issued by MAP for the three best candidates for the directorial position in the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation, two complaints have been filed by two candidates who have not been in the interview, Osman Sahini and Anton Goyanni. Goyanni's complaint has been rejected by the Commission's complaints of top-level leadership positions, arguing that the invitation from the MAP Secretariat has been sent to Goyanni at the address he has written on his application”, Beckoll said.
Sahin's complaint, according to him, has been accepted by the commission after it has proved that he has not accepted the invitation for an interview by the MAP Secretariat and that the invitation was sent incorrectly.
