As Albania expects a decision to open negotiations, or not, the decision expected to be issued on June 28th, bad news comes from the Netherlands parliament.
It is learned that today it is largely set against opening negotiations for Albania.
The same decision has been made for Macedonia, with 125 votes against opening negotiations and 20 pro.
According to them, Albania's results are insufficient to take such a step.
Other than the skeptical Netherlands to give a vote for Albania are France and Germany.
Top Dutch officials had indicated earlier against the European Commission proposal. On the same line, France appears as sea Germany now heads in favour of opening conditional negotiations.
