Albert Krasniqi from the Kosovo Democratic Institute has criticised Kosovo Parliament deputy and deputy head Xhavit Haliti, telling him that the latter should serve as a good example in the assembly as he knows all the rules of the assembly.
Krasniqi's reaction came a few hours after Haliti was involved in a clash in the Assembly Hall with LDK deputy Arben Gashi.
With a post in '%Facebookú, Krasniqi said that according to ethical standards, Haliti would have to be dismissed from the post of deputy chairman.
Below you can read Albert Krasniqi's full post:
Xhavit Haliti has been an MP for 17 years and has the greatest experience in the Assembly. He has been elected to all six legislatures, and at all he has exercised the post of deputy head of the Parliament.
He would have to serve as an example of responsible MP and of high integrity. The last hearings he has led have consistently misused the position by insulting and accusing opposition MPs. Today's testing of physical attacks is incompatible.
In a country with high ethical standards, Haliti would have to be dismissed from the post of deputy chairman. Since we're out of the standards, the least we have to do is stop running the Assembly hearings. While other MPs using deignive languages should be excluded from sessions if they do not attract words.
