Ivanovic's wife flees Mitrovica, moves to Belgrade ? gives testimony to murder of husband

After several members of the Citizens Initiative party, I will now give a witness to the Special Prosecutor's Office, including Oliver Ivanovic's wife, Milena. Now when more than 100 days have been made since Ivanovic's murder on 16 January in front of his party headquarters in north Mitrovica, Milena has said this case has been neglected, Serbian media write.

She has told “News” that the period has been almost four months since they are telling her that they are only continuing the investigation.

What's scary is that we have experience with some previous cases. The longer time passes, the harder it is to find the one who is guilty. I'm asking prosecutors not to delay and take this subject more seriously. This job is crawling up or hiding something or forgetting everything”, Milena Ivanovic said.

She has stressed that her only goal is to find the author and get the merit of this terrible crime, adding that she will never give up finding the guilty one.

Asked why he left Mitrovica and moved to Belgrade, she has reasoned on killing the man.

“Mitrovica took the thing I loved most and therefore I decided to leave this city permanently”, Milena said.
