The selection of interim members of the House Public Company Steering Board by the two members of the Municipal Commission of shareholders, Dren Kukaj and Qahiti, is considered contrary to the VV law.
VV assemblies, specifically, shareholders of NPBs from the Vetevendosje ranks, Egzon Kastrati has submitted today the demand for interpretation of decisions made by the two shareholders of Shpend Ahmeti.
The request for legal interpretation has been deposited in the Ministry of Economic Development, namely in the Public Enterprise Monitoring Unit, writes news.
The VV, is considering that the two decisions made by the two shareholders (Dren Kukaj- head of property and the Sahiti- Independent Assemblyist Centre) are illegal. It is the decision to announce the competition for selecting the four members of the Board of Directors and the decision to appoint the four provisional authorities of the NPB Board of Directors.
“Today we submitted the request for interpreting illegal decisions taken by Shpend Ahmeti shareholders. We once again ask the mayor to break the silence and talk about these legal violations. And allow normal NPB function. The Public Enterprise Policy and Monitoring Unit is already protocol our request. We hope that the sooner we get answers from the NPMNP, because there are so many violations in the decisions that have been taken by two clickers that maybe only one look at our complaint to prove these irregularities!”, said Asamist Azem.
VV's ambassador has accused President Shpend Ahmeti of failing to react to that decision and that he has become the tool of the independent group of VV-led deputies, rather than in the service of the capital's citizens. “We will not allow public companies which should be in service to the city and citizens, to return to companies that benefit party groups and which exclude workers because of political beliefs. We're not interested in blocking the processes that the Communist would have to push them forward, but in any positive project, we're going to support it the way we've done so far, but we're going to block the cables of the profits every time! The Shpend must not become a GDP tool, he must speak and make decisions. Shpend is head of the capital so of all of us. His silence is only making him head of GDP”, Azem said.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, the two shareholders of the National Public Company, Dren Kukaj and Sahiti Centre are not allowed to enter the company's offices. Once Shpend Ahmeti came to power, the company was full of supporters of the Vetevendosje Movement.
