Surroi says Thaci gave autonomy to Kosovo Serbs

Kosovo publicist and writer Veton Surroi has written a new text at the Time portal, where he has spoken about the matter of the Serb majority municipality community, writes Periscopi.

Initially, Surroi has dealt with the response of President Thaci to Serbia's threats, viewing it as abnormal and unserious.

The “Tingle sounds, so abnormal, that Kosovo's president threatens Serbia with weapons when he agrees to negotiate with him within a context of Serbia's permanent and active threat of sovereignty and integrity. ” writes Surroi.

Thaci's move he links with the Serb majority municipality community, which will be founded according to Belgrade's requirements.

Furthermore, Surroi has dealt with the inability of the government and the presidency to establish this community without violating the country's Constitution, since it does not allow the deployment of a third power in Kosovo.
