The Executioner, Skender Canolli, has been found guilty of misuse of official position as well as illegal weapons, which has been sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison, as well as two thousand euros in fines for illegal weapons. The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) claims that defendants Ismet Haliti, Skender Canolli, Blerina Syla, Vehbi Abdullah, Blerim Ibishi, Ardian Muhadri, Arbenita Ajeti, Mergim Shala, Granit Cena and Drita Rukiqi, in the position of construction inspectors in Pristina's municipality, during the 2010 (C) 2014 period, have not met official duties under the law.
The same are accused of not preventing anti-legal construction against investors' facilities Isen Sadiku from the”Hysysi Group”, Ymer Veliu”Naki Trade”, Arber Kryber” Al Petrol”, Bedri Pristina <x6gt> <61>, Chief Recep <x-8> Abix>, Azem Rusofci <x10form> VG Construction” and noble Morina from the <x14 company > ART Group”
