As warned the day before, police have taken action overnight in Kukes for escorting persons participating in Saturday's protest.
It turns out that some people were escorted to the police at night. Some residents say to the media that, effective police officers have been operating at night, I have taken their family who were participating in the protest and they still know nothing about the fate of relatives. The special forces RENEA and the Fast Intervention were part of the action. Meanwhile, police have no official response to what happened.
Much of yesterday's protesters were from Kukes. Both Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister Xhafaj warned arrests in their speeches Saturday. Also, the Prosecutor General announced the launch of an investigation into the protest.
