Kosovo police say there are a considerable number of members of the Egyptian community and Ashkali, who have consistently carried out and are faithfully carrying out duties and authorisations in the function of law enforcement.
The contest calls it a technical error that will improve until it apologizes and makes sense.

Kosovo police respecting everyone's right to express themselves freely, with the aim of right information of opinion and media publishing this clarification following posts in MP Veton Berisha's social networks concerning his public response to what he says: “the exclusion of the Egyptian/Ashkali community from the Kosovo Police Competition.
Kosovo police, like any other time, based on applied laws in the country, standard procedures, as well as decisively implementing the principles of non-discrimination for all communities in the RKS, today on 16.04.2018 has declared the competition for police officials specifying the criteria for the application and instructions needed.
Kosovo police within it have a considerable number of members of the Egyptian community and Ashkali, who have consistently committed and are faithfully carrying out duties and authorisations in the function of law enforcement.
So we guarantee that even in this process as well as in the past, there will be equal access to all communities based on the indisposed principles of non-discretion of any form.
Kosovo police are asking for forgiveness and understanding of the technical error in the aspect of drafting and printing the application form, and we assure you that immediate measures will be taken in the function of improving technical errors, and the correct form will be available from tomorrow with the involvement of Egyptian communities and Ashkali.
Also to be as objective and transparent as Kosovo Police want to inform you that since before this competition was declared for police officials, campaigning in the function of encouraging women and communities to join the police, including campaigns to encourage the Egyptian community and Ashkali to be part of us.
