Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini believes the end of the year will find Kosovo citizens with visa liberalisation, like all other citizens of European countries.
In the second part of the interview for Kosova Prees, Wessel also talks about the work of the Parliament and the party's internal elections he runs, PDK. He says the legislature has managed to recover after the sixth legislature's poor start.
The head of the Parliament and the PDK says optimistic that by the end of the year, there will be final decision-making for the creation of the Kosovo Army.

The head of the Assembly says they will work to have consensus on these topics, as they had on the demarcation, which they passed on March 21st. Wessel estimates that Kosovo's Assembly has currently been resurrected in its work, since the beginning of this legislature had beautifully begun sluggishly.
“A part of the MPs that some of the beliefs are coming are being signed for hire and are leaving, but a part is very correct and works extremely hard. Twenty-five days he's spent right on the Kosovo Convention in the hearings, it can't be underestimated... Is it working, needs more responsibility, needs, needs quality and accountability and transparency, needs. I'm very convinced in this part, but we still can't take revenge on MPs, especially those who have been in office 25 days for 63 very active days because they worked and made decisions”, he stressed.
According to Wessel, 22 bills have passed in the 25 January 31st alone. He says that there have been years that if they do all together, they have not passed a little more laws than they have spent just for this two-month period.
Wessel has also talked about the internal selection of his party, The PDK, which has already started with the “New Decade” campaign. The PDK leader has explained what this motto means, with which he has already started meetings with young people of this party and the outcome with internal elections.
Wessel said that Kosovo and the PDK have changed radically since 2007, when this party is in power. It has cited radical change in road infrastructure, school, health, education and other areas. He feels that there have been defects, shortcomings, and deformities during this period, and they accept them.
Until, it has mentioned the challenge of EU integration, NATO and other Euro-Atlantic structures.
“at the same time integration and development, integration into the European Union, NATO, strong partnership with the United States of America and development. Development is part of the challenge which needs to happen, this will happen to be safe, there is no need for Kosovo to experiment and damage what it has accomplished, there is no need to damage its state. Our national development projections from which we will walk are not the state of Kosovo poverty of Albanians, it is enrichment. It is foolish heads who think of placing Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state that is an obstacle to national integration. On the contrary, through this state we can move forward, to open up prospects to our children. We have to guard against the challenges that are real. Will there be challenges, will there be difficulties in this process? The way we have ecu r us so far has not been whole with flowers, be sure we still have difficulties, but if we are determined and if we know where we're going, be sure we have to reach”, Veselin stressed.
Wessel also promises deep reforms within the party he heads, why there will be no people in the PDK who think only of their own benefit.
Even within the party reform, not people who think they can benefit, not people who think God's right has given them what they want, no, no, all equal. We are for the barbarians of chance, we are for equality of opportunity, this will begin within the Democratic Party of Kosovo and throughout Kosovo. This value and I am very sure that we will be successful in this process”, Veselin said.
According to him, the new “Decade” will be a projection of national values, which Kosovo's people have, the source orientation which is Western, northeastern integration and at the same time greater responsibility.
