In the case of Almir Aliu, Boban Ilic, who was in advance charged with <x0-murdering” following the redefinition of the work, is charged with the most serious “against security and people in communications”, which as a sentence sees prison of between 4 and 20 years.
At the same time, Almir's father, Sedat Aliu, and Abdulla Ali and Sami Demiri are accused of violence.
Outside the indictment remains Boban Ilic's brother, Bojan Ilich.
Almir Aliu's murder occurred on June 25th 2016 in Kumanovo as a result of car printing by Boban Ilic.
