Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has commented on statements by Kosovo state leaders in which they, according to him, are referring to Presevo and Bujanovac as Eastern Kosovo.
This is not the first time they make such statements, it's nothing new. When Isa Mustafa was prime minister of Kosovo, during a meeting with Presevo and Bujanovac's mayors, they referred to them as representatives from eastern Kosovo, and for that I have reacted and I have sent my concern to the European Commission”, Dacic said.
According to him, these are the goals of Kosovo state leaders since keeping the Prizren League, news broadcast.net.
“Declarations for breaking the border between Albanians in Kostunica were not random. State leaders' statements about coming to Nis, as well as Edi Rama's statements about forming Greater Albania, all of these are their goals since the Prizren League, he said.
Dachic also complained about the lack of reaction of Western states to these statements.
When Thaci makes such statements and threatens with weapons, we all need to know that those who have these weapons should respond. But, Serbia will not act in that way to strain the situation, we will act in such a way that the situation calms”, Dacic concluded.
