Kosovo Lawyers' Oda Chairman Osman Havolli said today that the Constitution and law were violated yesterday in case of the arrest and deportation of Turkish citizens from Kosovo institutions.
Havolli said the most troubling are the statements by leaders who have issued conflicting statements on the arrest.
The European Convention, Article 6, guarantees the right to fair process, and the Constitution of Kosovo guarantees that and the issue of disrespect for the regular process and their deportation is concern for us as lawyer”, Havolli said after a meeting he had with Turkey's Union of Lawyers Chairman Metin Feyzioglu
The Chairman of the Court of Lawyers said they have no information, and this, as he said, has been a great surprise to them as well.
While speaking about the arrest of citizens from his state, Feyzioglu has said he is responsible to warn Kosovo of Fetullah Gulen's organisation.
He has not commented on the way Turkish additions infiltrated, saying he does not recognise that system. /Kosovo priss
