Terrorist fetullah justlyütü ♪

732 tried, hundreds of prisoners convicted and dead. Among them are intellectuals, doctors, human rights activists, and journalists all innocent. It was the balance of the relative known as Ergenekon, which in 2007 had rocked Turkey.

Intervened in the police, prosecutor, court, law medicine, and the Turkish Secret Service, members of the Gulen movement known as the Hizmet movement had managed to install the strongest circle of punishment, without facts from a group of people mostly liberally convinced.

At that world, there had been complaints towards the government, which was led by the AKP and Prime Minister Erdogan for violating the rights of prisoners and outright detentions. The power had replied that in this case there is no possibility to intervene because this would imply interference in judicial affairs and that tangible evidence would be needed for an eventual intervention. A reasoning we hear today from Kosovo institutions in relation to this organisation.

Ten years later, this very organisation, which indiscretions from power was considered in existence, had orchestrated military tryntim-pucin as a result of which hundreds of innocent citizens in Turkey have died. In post-offering-puci research, it was understood that the organisation was aimed at ousting the government and establishing an Iranian-style, Islamist-style fundamental republic and returning Gulen to Turkey in the Khomen style, as Turkey's chief and spiritual and legal leader.

Therefore, I find it absurd to try the ongoing efforts of opinists in Kosovo for portraying FETO members as innocent Turkish “citizens persecuted by dictatorship Erdogan”.

AKP and President Erdogan's policies, though elected through democratic elections, can be discussed and debated. But FETO in no way can be considered the opposition, as little as the victim in Turkey. Since the current opposition who has suffered for years from FETO gangs infiltrated state institutions, if it were in power, wouldn't be as institutionalist as if AKP in fight FETOs. I am convinced that if there were any opposition parties in power, so far it would have withdrawn ambassadors and severed any relations with all states that house members of this terrorist organisation.

There may be opposition to AKP governance methods in Turkey, but all are unified when it comes to fighting the FETO. Therefore, FETO animation means not only opposition to power in Turkey, but Turkey's opposition as state and society.

Transparent Secret Service

I thought yesterday that AKI is an independent agency that directly responds to parliament, perhaps why it should be. But yesterday I was saddened to read the law on AKI that this very sensitive organisation directly responds to the prime minister and president. This implies that the ruling party has direct control in an organisation that has competence even for the surveillance of a number of other activities that can easily be used against political opposition.

I think AKI would have the powers to act like yesterday and respond directly to the Assembly, not the Government or the President.

Furthermore, I have a vague insistence on policy interfering with the arrest of innocent or guilty persons. This job would have to function as yesterday, where AKI or the prosecutor sends police warrants for arrest, which implements this order without interference from the political level. I find the opposite a flagrant violation of all democratic standards of civilized countries.

Maybe, we as ordinary citizens will never understand the concrete reasons why AKI has asked for these people's arrest, but on the other hand, I think AKI is probably the only organization that is tasked with being non-transparent. Transparency conflicts with its mission.
