Lack of energy from import due to problems caused by Serbia's Transmission Operator and the lack of adequate planning by KESCO have caused Kosovo to face electricity reductions.
Although during Sunday, the situation with electricity supplies has improved, disturbing continues to be the warning of the European Transmission System Operators Network ( ENTSO that if it continues with deviations to European interconction it will shut down COSTST from the Continental Co-operation Zone, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
This means the isolation of Kosovo's entire electromagnetic system, the inability to import electricity from the region.
Serbia's continued instructions, as well as the continuing financial damage being inflicted on COSTT and Kosovo in general as a result of the failure to bring into force the Locking Agreement between COST/ ENT SO-E due to Serbia's failure to provide obligations from the Energy Agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
