Quinn has said it would be right to have representatives of Rugova's residents on the day of the demarcation vote, at the hearing.
If they were here, it would be much easier for us to vote”, he said.
According to Quinn, if residents of these villages are not present at the session and that the Parliament does not get their consent, then “we MPs will have this matter in conscience”, he said.
Quni has demanded that Haradinaj, whose residents of the border zone with Montenegro received support during the time he opposed the demarcation, return, get their consent, and be present at the session.
