Moscow calls for account by Albania for publishing names of expelled diplomats

Albania expelled two Russian diplomats -- Vladislav Filipov -- as well as Alexey Nikolaevich Balasov, the embassy's first secretary.
Today Russia has responded with the same coin to the United States, declaring “grata” 60 American diplomats and ordering the closure of the American consulate in St. Petersburg.
Sergei Lavrov, said today that Russia will expel the same number of diplomats as the United States and added that response measures “will be symmetric and even more”.
The ambassador reacted after this decision and asked why the names of expelled diplomats had been made public.
Minister Bushati called Russian Ambassador Alexander Carpus to his office by communicating the verbal note for declaring two Russian diplomats, whose activities do not match their diplomatic status.
