Court of St. Galler had sentenced a 29-year-old from Kosovo last August after exercising violence and the rule of fear on the two former girlfriends, sends albinfo.ch. This has also been confirmed by the publication of today's (July) ruling by the Federal Court.
Women were deprived of the free will of action. Under psychological pressure, they had to have sexual relations with the condemned person. Despite the withdrawal of the indictment by the two former lovers, Swiss justice had not ended the investigation. They were contacted by the convict's family, and the Court doubts that they may have been pressured.
The 29-year-old also suffers from a dissocial personality disorder, and this serious psychiatric illness leads him to the practice of sadistic acts. So it remains in force to set up a centralrapeutic mass.
