Kosovo celebrated its 10th anniversary yesterday. Although its independence marks the biggest event in the history of Kosovars, the state that is entering the “adolency phase” faces a range of questions and problems, whose solution is crucial to its future. Among Kosovo's main problems is cultural poverty, a lack of important events in the scientific, artistic, literary, sports field. It stems in part from media corruption, the capture of the state by ignorant people, the lack of the culture of reading among Kosovo Albanians, and part of the territorial minority. The boundaries of the state are also the limits of the mind. No matter how strong cultural ties may be with the population of another country, people tend to experience events that take place outside state boundaries as foreign. Media, analysts, etc.'s interest in giving “external events” a central country is small. Therefore, joining Albania would affect easing cultural poverty.

According to American anthropologist Oscar Lewis, poor cultures that arise as such are predisposed to die as such. He had released this thesis after researching certain cultures in North America during the time when the world had taken a break of peace from the deadly stroke of ideological currents. By the time he had begun collecting data on the ground, Lewis sees the first signs of why poor cultures do not move towards development but are permanently stuck to de-evolution. The lack of effective participation and integration of the poor into institutions that are led by the wealthy, as well as the belief that they belong to the middle class but that overall they live the poor, are some of the social factors he had observed. Other features involving the strong feeling of isolation, inadequacy, addiction and inferiority are the psychological factors he lists away.

The grim cultures in oppressive societies only intensify the way for sleepiness to increase as a result of the disability stemming from fear of extinction. They generally navigate their instincts and needs of survival, whereas social values such as altruism, patriotism, solidarity are foreign to them, and do not represent their ideals. Currently, world tribal societies almost do not exist, many of them have disappeared as a result of egoisms, the desire for dominance, climate change, and war. Synonyms of tribal societies are also today's poor cultures that we usually see in developing countries, they are being consumed by powerful corporate industries and countries. At the time of the story, they more serve statistics and cartoon materials to keep social diversity alive for several years. Technological innovation has already taken place in spaces where freedom is the extension of universal values, such as English, German, or French.

Kosovo is currently experiencing the stage of the identity problem as a result of its total dependence on Western states, which means it is impossible to create its own values that could be carried out of territory. Oliver Ivanov's murder phenomenon shows much about what the media actually offers. At best she must be the catalyst of moral conception and education in opinion. At worst she had to die. In Kosovo, the opposite happens, as Oliver Ivanov's murder stunned all of Kosovo's media, they forgot about the other societies what really is happening. In the worst case, however, they are not extinguished but have begun to grow indefinitely as part of a race about which is contributing most to the poverty of cultural values. This approach is impressive that this society does not have the potential to produce values that humans had made more zealous for their land.

The potential union between Albania and Kosovo may be a solution to this cultural apocalypse among Albanians. All this society needs is for both people to break down borders, and reach out to each other to be more vocal in the international sense. At the moment, the two governments oppose a possible union between Albania and Kosovo, but even in this case the people must mandate a government that would be incarnation of civic interests. As for the international aspect, there is still no direct statement barring a union among Albanians. The national union would also be the hub of solutions to many problems among Albanians, such as cultural aspect would be enriched even more when Vlora citizens would come to study in Pristina and vice versa without having to undergo hundreds of university application procedures. Also, the idea of having standard language with the gega dialect would be another step where Albanians would feel one another closer, the boundaries in the head would melt. Rama and her Haradinaj government do not have the will to make such an idea reality, which most people love. Now it is left to the people of “notoj” these governments by their vote.
