U.S. soldiers take a hospital after opening an envelope containing a chemical content

The three people who have moved to the hospital are in a stable condition, the Arlington Brigade service announced via Twitter.
The letter was opened at the Marine Corps base near Washington.
“On the base was accepted the envelope containing an unknown substance. The personnel in the endangered building immediately took precautions to evacuate the facility,” the marine Corps announced through a tweeting post.
