I was informed by the USKKUK directorate that they have initiated disciplinary measures against Dr. Enver Fekaj, abdominal surgeon and director of Abdominal Surgery Clinic, Dr. Rifat Bajrami, due to misuse of official duty and incorrect behavior toward a patient. I congratulate the USSKUS management on the rapid response”, wrote Ismaili on Facebook.
He says our Public Health Institutions are dutyed to be close to their citizens and their concerns, so such abuses will not be allowed.
Kirurg Enver Fekaj, has admitted to having bribed 19-year-old patient Hysen Ibrahimaj. He even admits that in Ibrahimi's case he was ridiculed.
It had all started when patient Ibrahimaj had a problem with the colon and with the surgeon's recommendation he performed the operation at the private hospital that cost him 2,000 euros.
The family says that the doctor had told them that the second operation would be conducted at QKUK in two months because they cannot go to the private hospital again
