Controversial Stands of Markovic and Limaj for Demarketing

The agreement on the demarcation of the border line between Kosovo and Montenegro could be passed at the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly, to be held Sunday, starting at 6:00. But numerous uncertainties will remain after the ratification of the demarcation. Inaccuracies deepen even more of the controversial statements of the prime minister of Mali [...]
Today, a joint agreement was made public between Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Montenegro's Filip Vujanovic, as it were, reviewing the demarcation agreement.
This agreement, which has been ratified by the Montenegrin Parliament, has remained without epilogue in Kosovo for three years, writes Periscopi.
Declaration signed today between two presidents It has called on Kosovo deputies to vote on the agreement signed between the two countries in August 2015.
Following the signing of this annex-agreement between Thaci and Vujanovqi, the official reaction came from Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic, who, days ago, remained for an official visit to Kosovo, where he met with state leaders.
Markovic disclosed a detail that was not mentioned today by either of the institutional leaders in Kosovo.
Ratification of the border line between Kosovo and Montenegro remains in effect, As the two countries agreed on in 2015, Periscope broadcasts.
The first of the Montenegrin executives added that Montenegro has not moved back, with the annex-agreement agreement being signed today.
We stressed the necessity to show responsibility and understanding when it comes to this crucial issue. During the dialogue, Montenegro expressed readiness to help Kosovo authorities create an adequate political environment in order to ratify the border agreement. Such an approach does not mean that we are moving back, but that we are moving forward. Montenegro has ratified the agreement, remains in force. We are showing our will to the Kosovo authorities that we will work together under the agreement and, in line with geographical and economic reasons”, Markovik has said, the Montenegrin government's communique” announced, the Montenegrin prime minister said.
But, contraryly, Kosovo Government Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj says, who was in charge of finding a solution for the demarcation.
In an interview in Klan Kosova, Limaj said today's statement between the two presidents guarantees that the border issue will be revised by meters.
In fact, Limaj, who until yesterday was a strong voice against Demarketing, hoped that the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro would be ratified by the Parliament of Kosovo before the solemn independence session, as a gift to citizens on the 10th anniversary of independence.
With good will, with creative solutions this agreement has been reached. We sit as two friendly countries to help each other, respecting our interests. In this situation, the solution has been to find common points that satisfy the interests of both countries by respecting the sensitivity of the neighboring country. We believe that experts are the ones who have to put an end to this issue. Now it should be given the opportunity to those who think there was a mistake in targeting the border line to see it again, having enough time”, Limaj said.
But he did not respond when asked which party benefits from the annex agreement signed today between Thaci and Vujanovqi.
Markovic said that through this agreement, Montenegro has shown it wants a less unresolved problem in the Balkans, while adding that his country has not acted selfishly.
Their opposing stances on the issue of reviewing Demarkation create even more confusion about developments in the event.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel at today's chairmanship meeting prosecuted the draft Demarketing Law with Montenegro in the country, though there was no quorum.
Even. He left the meeting nervous., after which he said the Assembly is not a toy of dolls and that it will exercise its institutional authority of the constitution.
Although it was reported that a broad political consensus for Demarketing has been reached, this is still unclear.
Reported AAK and Initiative representatives have crashed into today's headship meeting, as opposing positions for the declaration signed today by Vujanovic President Thaci.
KTV reported that Bilall the Sheriff and Ahmet Isufi have had separate positions for what is expected to happen Sunday with the adoption of the demarcation.
Sheriff of NISMA has said that the constitution must go only to the Bill of Law, and that the President's Declaration is not for a vote, or even for discussion in the Assembly.
But Ahmet Isufi has said they refuse to go only the draft law and that additional annexes, for which Podgorica and Pristina have agreed, must be introduced.
He mentioned it in some way LDK MP chief Avdullah Hoti.
“As I have heard from the country's president, today's statement is of goodwill to help the state of Kosovo ratify the agreement in this case. It seems there is dilemma within the ruling coalition as to whether this declaration will become part of the agreement or not”, Hoti said.. /Periscopi
