Former UN Prime Minister in Kosovo Bernard Kouchner has returned to Pristina to participate in celebrations for the 10th anniversary of Independence.
Kouchner, former foreign minister of France at the time of Nicolas Sarcozyt's presidency, has said that Kosovo has progressed over the years, though, according to him, locals are hard to spot.
The French diplomat, who has led Kosovo immediately after the war, has spoken even about the solemn session held by the Kosovo Assembly, for the 10th anniversary of Independence on Sunday.
Kouchner, participating in this session, along with many known foreign figures, has had a remark about the organisation.
He has said that at this session, no European spoke to him.
From guests, word of case, to MPs, was held by US conventioner Eliot Engel and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Organising the solemn session was also sharply criticised by Kosovo opposition deputy.
