Witness in court: After the tide overwhelmed the sheriff, the accused told us not to stop the job

At the Pristina Foundation Court, the branch in Drenas, in Hajre Krasniqi's trial, charged with criminally endangering security at work, as a consequence of which Sheriff Gegaj allegedly died, has testified to expert Hamit Nuredini, who has compiled expertise, the accused's son, Nedmedini and witness Living Veselin.

Nexmeddin Krasniqi, son of accused Hajre Krasniqi, said that in 4,11.2018 he was at the site where the object was being built.

According to the witness, the accused had hired Sylejman Imeri, whom Hajre Krasniqi (son of her sister).

The Witness said that the tools had to provide Sylejman Imer, “because I had only come for vacation in Kosovo, and no task had been in relation to workers”.

And there was no electricity in the workplace. Only 4 to 5 generators were there. It is not true that the cables have been illegally linked to”, said witness Necmetdin Krasniqi.

As the witness said, on the critical day the current overwhelmed Sheriff Gegain, he was 10m from the scene.

“I ran quickly to the electrical mixer and along with a late worker we put him in the car and sent him to hospital”, he added.

The damaged side, the brother of the late Rexhep Gegaj, asked the witness that, according to witnesses, the electric mix was allegedly connected directly to electricity, while you say, with the generator. What's the truth here?

The truth is that the electrical mixer has only been connected to generator”, said witness Necmetdin Krasniqi.

His testimony was also given by Wessel, who declared that when Sheriff Gegaj died he was working together, and at one point he was hit by power, the electric mixer was connected to the current, while others were connected to the generator.

Then, the witness added, they applied to Sylejman Imer to stop working after it was raining too much, but the job was not stopped because defendant Hajre Krasniqi had told them: Don't stop my job!

Experts Hamit Nuredini, who has compiled the expertise for protection and safety at work, to provide clarification and completion at today's session, stated that on the day of his field exit he contacted defendant Hajre Krasniqi, the father of two Nedmetin and Fehmi Krasniqi, who had come to an oral agreement with Master Syleman Myer, who was a major worker in that facility.

He also stressed that on the basis of the labour Law, the investor is responsible and in this case is defendant Hajre Krasniqi, because he himself has orally claimed to have dealt with the workers, and according to the law the officer is not responsible because they have not signed a written contract, with which he was referred to as taking responsibility.
Procuro Merita Shala-Mujarrier after the witness hearing, and the expert proposed to the court that it become superexpertosis, in which it would prove that it is only the investor head or other family members in this case.

The panel, headed by Judge Shefqet Balec, approved the prosecutor's proposal and made a decision to warrant Pristina University, the Faculty of Buildery, to carry out expertise within 40 days and to submit the Court in this criminal case to defendants Hajre Kransiqi, with whom the actual situation would prove right, who was responsible for failing to take the measures needed for the work safety in the case in which the late Sheriff Gegaj suffered.

The session was scheduled to be held on February 13th.

According to the indictment, at 04.11,2009 around 1500 in the village of Vukavc of Drensas, the defendant in the quality of the object investor, did not act according to the provisions and technical rules on protective measures regarding the use of tools and equipment for work during the work done, providing the necessary instructions for safety in the labor and health of the workers, including preventing hazards at work, and thus acting in opposition to non-Nnets 2.0, 2.5 and 2.7 of the Law, at work insurance, endangering people's health and as a result of Sheriff Gegues working with concrete workers, and thus losing access to natural resources, and heavy rainfall. /Call. com
