A 26-year-old from Pristina had managed to deceive the Kosovo Intelligence Agency through counterfeiting a document for eight years. Edmond Jetullahu had managed to employ himself in AKI through this document and provide access to the agency's top secret dock. The prosecution suspects he has been spying on foreign authorities.
The 26-year-old from Pristina, Edmund Jetullahu, allegedly eight years ago compiled a forged document with which he hired himself at the Kosovar Intelligence Agency (AKI). Through the counterfeiting of the document for years, Jetu God is suspected of providing access to AKI top secret documents.
Jetullahu, who was arrested Tuesday by the Kosovo Police, is suspected of committing criminal acts of Spyage, Distraction Presentation and Falsification of documents. Regarding these allegations weighing over 26-year-old by Pristina, Pristina's Founding Prosecutor has officially launched investigations Wednesday.
Insander has secured the decision to start an investigation into Jetullahu, compiled by Pristina Foundation Prosecutor Kujtim Munishi. This ruling states that there is doubt that Jetu God committed three criminal acts of spying, counterfeiting documents, and false presentation.

“Foundation Procurories in Pristina ) The State Criminals Department, Kujtom Munishi, with the participation of the Diora Bajrami legal official, in the process against suspects Edmond Jetullahu due to the suspicion that the same had committed criminal acts: False presentation by KPRK's Article 417, Article 131 KPR's criminal record, and the criminal offence of the document by KPRK's Article 398 takes effect on the launch of investigations”, the decision said.
In 2010, Jetullahu allegedly compiled the forged document for the purpose of exploiting that document as original. By means of this document, he had falsely established working relations with the Kosovo Intelligence Agency. He was self-employed as leader of strategic plans for protecting the country.
The defendant Edmond Jetullahu, with the date 01.12.2010 has compiled the forged document for the purpose of using that document as the original by which he allegedly established the working relationship in the Kosovo Intelligence Agency with the leadership position of strategic plans for protecting the country”, is said in the decision issued by the Pristina Foundation Prosecutor, Insander reports.
Even through this false position that he had “falsified”, the 26-year-old from Pristina is suspected of creating access to documents and top-secret data of the agency.
The defendant, appearing as an official of AKI, has collected classified data and documents creating access to documents and reliable data”, says the prosecution's decision to launch investigations to Edmond Jettullah.
Jetullah from AKI allegedly managed to get data, photocopy, photograph, or receive data from other AKI officials “in order to communicate or surrender to the foreign state, foreign organisation or person who serves these”
Throughout this nearly eight-year period, Edmond Jethu God had used the forged document to introduce himself as an official of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency falsely.

The defendant has used the document ʹ the forged decision of the Government of Kosovo in which he established the working relationship by employing himself as an official of the Kosovar Intelligence Agency in the position of leader of the strategic plans for the country's defence, so that he has been exposed as a AKI official in order to avoid controls by responsible bodies”, the decision is said.
The Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation Unit in Pristina (NHKEK), following an investigative work on the field, arrested Jetullah in Pristina on Tuesday.
Jetullahu had been arrested after the forged document had been used at a time when it was stopped by Kosovo police during routine checks, being put into wash under the argument that it is on duty or concrete work by AKI.
