“S first I mean Belgrade has repeatedly violated the CEFTA agreement, and Kosovo has repeatedly complained about it, while there has been no reaction to that.
Visa liberalisation that was promised most by EU countries after the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro was not made. The tax settlement is abnormal, but the situation is abnormal. So under normal conditions it would be punishable, but now under these conditions it should be taken as it is, a outcry and political reaction, not a trade war”.
The meeting was held during the Central European Initiative Prime Ministers Summit, which was running works from October 3rd-4th in Zagreb.
