I don't know where to start, the first thing that comes to mind is asking yourself what kind of state Kosovo is where it can't offer basic health care to its citizens, but let them die. If there was no Belgrade, my son had been in the grave ten years ago! Belgrade saved my child and I, while I could not forget this good until I died ...
