10 euro extension insufficient for children's needs

This resolution envisions every child in Kosovo for 0 to 16 years to enjoy additions every month starting at 10 euros a month, but this contribution has not been introduced into the 2019 budget, although its initiator, MP Donika Kada Buyupi, says its implementation will begin in 2019.

While, parents are considering it insufficient in addition to monthly child spending.

Urim Bytyqi, the father of three children's 10 euro extensions, has seen institutions as a joke.

Bytyqi, who also has a sick daughter, says 30 euros costs only to buy therapy for his daughter, not including other expenses.

I have three kids, I'm dropping 30 euros for three kids who're kidding... but you don't get what therapy I've just got for the girl who's hospitaled 30 euros is just one therapy a day that takes it... you better get rid of it, and we don't even have any yyti”, this citizen added.

The citizen Laban the Sheriff, who claimed that many are being discriminated against.

Expressing his disappointments, this parent said that with the amount of 10 euros of children, even minimum needs cannot be met. He considers 60 euros to be the ideal amount for these additions.

“They're not necessary and more deserve children at least 60 euros for adults, ministers have salaries of two three thousand euros, that's discrimination for children, but for the mafia it's okay... No matter what it does not meet the constitution”, the Sheriff said.

In addition, MP Donika Kada Buyupi, who has initiated the adoption of the resolution for additions of children, has suggested that this resolution will begin to be implemented by 2019.

Although he says there will also be categories for these additions, Buyup promises to increase this amount of addition over the years.

“We are very convinced that just as required at the point two of this resolution will initially be drafted through 2019, the law so children can enjoy their universal rights, so that all children of the Republic of Kosovo enjoy an addition which is initially modest, as we have said because of budgetary challenges, but which over the years will rise...0053. According to the resolution, it has been required and there has been a harmonisation among parliamentary groups to have a classification, that is, to allow children initially with the least income in the family, their parents, to enjoy a higher addition, and then to be included means to a greater number of children. But for the realization of this extension for skeptical children, it is a member of the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Undiscovered Persons and Petitions, Shemsy Syla.

The eye, who is also deputy from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, has considered it absurd to see this grouping not even entered the budget for 2019.

“It's a little absurd how an MP from the ruling coalition could not push through the government to make this happen to be postponed, and so much when in the budget it's not even put in for such a class, and for us it's absurd what it's done, however we're for additions and we've been and we've planned our program on our alternative that this category is under the protection of the state...04TOR We suspect that this initiative will be really feasible properly and that we always have in mind the constitutionalization of”, he said.

And in the Ministry of Finance through an official document, they have suggested to Kosovo that the budget project for 2019. have not shared tools for that purpose.

According to them, the amount of benefits for children will be covered by the fund for social security, which will be established within the Ministry of Labour and Social Management.
