This is the American who will lead the mission of reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia

US Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer is expected to be at the helm of the “peace commission” between Serbia and Kosovo. It is also expected to have one of the main roles in the upcoming talks between the two sides, Koha.net broadcasts.

So wrote the Belgrade newspaper “danas” today, calling, as it says, in Western sources.

She adds that not yet the main US negotiator in the following phase of negotiations has been appointed, which, reportedly, will be final when it comes to resolving the Kosovo issue, but that one of the key roles would still have Palmer present was more than two denceny in the Western Balkans.
