Against the Independent Council's ruling, the Supervisor has filed charges at the Constitutional Court, until it also warns criminal charges in the prosecution.

However, the Court of Appeals has denied Makcol's claims.

spokesperson Arber Jashari says that, after reviewing complaints also by the council, it has proved that there were no violations in this competition.

KTV, in connection with Kastriot Makolli's complaint, has asked the Independent Supervisor Council, but not a week later has it answered.
