Makolli claims that in this competition, except for legal violations, the Law on Employment of Persons with Limited Skills was not taken into account, which stipulates that every institution has at least one disabled person employed.
He has complained to the Ankes Commission within Apel and to the Independent Supervisor Council, but his complaint was rejected with the reasoning that he could not prove limited ability.
But Makoli, at the Court of Appeals, has been an intern for a year.
Against the Independent Council's ruling, the Supervisor has filed charges at the Constitutional Court, until it also warns criminal charges in the prosecution.
However, the Court of Appeals has denied Makcol's claims.
spokesperson Arber Jashari says that, after reviewing complaints also by the council, it has proved that there were no violations in this competition.
KTV, in connection with Kastriot Makolli's complaint, has asked the Independent Supervisor Council, but not a week later has it answered.
Television, in May of this year, when this competition was held, reported that there are also family members of officials from law institutions, but the same had refused to have had influence.
