“Even I personally think that Republika Srpska can be an independent state when that is how Kosovo can, but Serbia has official foreign policy under which it recognises Bosnia and Herzegovina's territorial integrity”, Dacic has said, follows b92.
Dacic has concluded that Komsic may personally consider Kosovo independent, but that the position of the body in which he was elected, the Bosnia presidency, is known, and is against independent Kosovo.
