North Korean leader Kim Jong Un wants Pope Francisescu to visit his atheistic country.

The South Korean leader has made that known. Huffington Post writes that Kim Jong Un told Corano-Yugor Moon Yae counterpart that he would be very excited if the Pope were to visit North Korea.

By contrast, North Korea strictly controls all religious activities of its people. Pope John Paul II was also invited to visit, but then the Vatican had said that this could be accomplished only if the Catholic Church was allowed to act freely in South Korea. /Periscope.
