Albanian Police Scandal: Releases Kosovar to Lead Drug Trafficking in Has

The blockade in police intervention for the Hasan heroin laboratory was clearly seen when the names of those arrested emerged. Only workers fell into the handcuffs, some residents of the village of Brenoga, among whom a woman and a 76-year-old man, whom thegykat set free at the earliest session. Traffic organizers [...]
Drug trafficking organisers, one of whom has been identified as Admir Hoxha, had escaped, but Lapsy.al managed to uncover some data on the dynamics of the event, which further deepen the scandal.
On October 18th, the day when special forces stormed Hasa, one of the traffic organisers of hundreds of pounds of heroin, called Naser Adem Gashi, was caught by police at the Morina border. For Naser Gashi, there was a verdict by the Court of Tirana with 7.4 years in prison. So he moved with forged documents, with false identity, Samir Bula. Border police discovered it on October 18th, when Naser Adem Gashi attempted to cross the border to Kosovo.

A police source said that once they discovered that Gashi was on the list of people in search, Morina's border police cuffed him and handed him over to the District Police Directorate, Kukes.
The scandal stands in what happened to the arrested at the Kukes Police Directorate. Gashi was not sent to the Tirana Police Directorate, where he was to begin suffering the sentence, but under suspicious circumstances, was released.
The reasons why Naser Adem Gashi was released are still unclear, but the likelihood is that Kukes' policemen did not know they had a high-risk, part of the Has Special Forces operation in the cell. In spite of that, Naser Gashi had to be sent to the Tirana Police Directorate because he was over 7 years in prison for drug trafficking.
When the Kukesi police realized that they had let one of their drug - trafficking heads go too late. Naser Gashi's data has been returned these days to all border crossings in hopes he will be arrested again, but so far there is no result. On State Police Page Naser Gashi still turns out on the list of wanted persons.
The same source told Lacy.al that it is trying to keep the scandal secret, but only to check the ban on October 18th at Morina's border point, to understand that one of the heroin trafficking organisers in Hasa was in police hands and was released, just hours later.
State Police leaders have even travelled towards Kosovo these days, to demand earnestly from colleagues the capture of Gashi and the closure of the scandal in silence.
In Hasi's operation, about 1,500 operational police forces participated, FNSH, RENEA and effective local police. There 182.5kg of morphine and 22 liters of liquid was seized for heroin production.
This subject was allegedly derived from Turkey. With the help of some citizens from Gjakova, identified by police, she arrived in this village of Hasi where she turned into heroin. Police allegations are that it was then transported to Durres with final destination to European countries.
