Minister Bytyqi: He previously performed a doctorate somewhere more than nostrified by a degree at the Ministry of Education

Shyqiri Bytyqi, Minister of Education, Science and Technology, at “Puls” of KTV has acknowledged that it is easier to complete a doctorate somewhere than to nostificate a degree at the ministry he led.

“The waiting meter for a diploma nostification is 3 years, so it's an extremely long period and we've found the alarming waiting numbers for nostification”, Bytyqi said.

Bytyqi has said that there have been even cases when they applied on the same date for nostificating two people, someone has been replyed very quickly to someone's response.
