Foreign media are continuing to deal with developments occurring around the Special Court in Kosovo. EU Observer, an independent medium covering developments within the European Union, had published the article Friday, where it gave space to the QUINT State Declaration on the subject.
In the EU Observer text, Hashim Thaci and Daut Haradinaj were said to be charged by the Special Court. Saturday, this media changes the text, giving an explanation
“Daut Haradinaj and Thaci, both former KLA commanders, are expected to face cases in the Displaced Kosovo Judiciary Institute” wrote on Friday, stressing that with objections being made to the Special Court, Kosovo's European future is at risk.
On Saturday, however, in the same Eu Observer text at the end of the day, he gave an explanation saying that the original text was different.
The original “text said: Daut Haradinaj and Thaci, who are the two former KLA commanders, are expected to face cases of Kosovo's Displaced Specialised Judiciary Institute”, as they add that in the first published text, the Balkan <x2Medias have speculated that these two (Daut Haradinaj and Hashim Thaci) will most likely face the Special Court”.
Eu Oobserver has also broadcast Prime Minister Haradinaj's statement, during a visit to Gjakova, where he said he has been against the Court until he was in opposition and that he is opposed even now.
