Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has reacted sharply to the co-operation of the so-called Kosovo office in Serbia's government with the NGO “Russian Humanitarian Mission”, which allegedly is being done to assist Kosovo Serbs.
Deputy Prime Minister Hoxhaj has said Serbia's government is trying to intervene in Kosovo by masquerading parallel structures as humanitarian services offered by Russian NGOs.
Hoxhaj in his reaction to Titter has written that Marko Djuric and his Belgrade office are serving as a protracted hand of Russian hybrid intervention with the aim of undermining the stability led by the US and the EU in the Balkans.
Hoxhaj goes on to say that Russia's “humanitarianism” is nothing more than an instrument to turn back Western investment in the stability of the region.
