American Embassy congratulates Haradinaj and Wessel

“We expect to work with the new government to advance Kosovo's progress for the benefit of all its citizens”, the communiqué says, broadcasts the Kosovo Clan.

It further says that the United States continues to support Kosovo on its path towards Euro-Atlantic integration, strengthening rule of law, improving economic development, and normalising regional relations.

“Citizens want state institutions working for them, a clean-handed government, and a leader who takes decisive action to advance the interests and welfare of the Republic of Kosovo and all its citizens. We prefer to all Kosovo leaders in Government and the Assembly, including opposition parties, to respect voters who chose them by taking those principles as guides”, concludes the communique.
