So far for local elections in Kosovo, only their date is known, October 22nd. Political parties have not yet been determined with which candidates will participate in these elections.
Thus, it is not known even of the benefit of incumbent Kamenica Chairman Begzad Sinani, who is in the first term in this municipality.
The GAP Institute, like for mayors of other Kosovo municipalities, has made a summary of the promises fulfilled by Begzad Sinani.
So, out of 20 promises Sinan has made to the citizens of Kamenica before he won the election, only 5 of them have been accomplished, the Periscope broadcasts.
According to statistics published by GAP, semi-fulfill promises are only 4. 8 projects are in the initial phase and 3 of them have not yet begun.
The sectors that covered the GAP research are the ones that are mainly related to the very promises Sinan has made, writes Periscope.
Sinan has failed to fulfill promises like: Tax removal for all businesses employing 5 and more people up to 5 years. Building new malls in the direction of the mountains.
Sinan's promises have failed to meet well in the health sector.
GAP writes:
8 June 2017: During this period the center of dentistry has been functional in the village of Rogana. In the city of Kamenica, court asphalt has been made at the Main Centre of Family Medicine. In general, though, working time at the Family Medicine Centers in the countryside is not regular.
The sectors that have included GAP in this research are: Environment, Education, Agriculture, Infrastructure, Public Change, Good Governance, Health, Public Services, Social, Military Tax, Heritage and Tourism.
Different, earlier Periscope has brought a review of GAP's research and the mayor of Prizren, Ramadan Muja. /Periscopi/
