“Use” Adam Miculous, if you want to solve problems!

Political rust or headache in the head: The constitutional hearing was held as it should not be developed, with blackmail, intimidation, public links and terrorising targeted deputies and Kosovo citizens.

So far, a good practice had been established, and there were no problems when the head of the Assembly, the vice president and the Headship had to be elected. The year 2014 was when a decision by the Constitutional Court confused things so much by creating a legal basis for legalising the blocking of processes, which are being observed these days, when even the constitutional and Assembly sessions failed. MPs were kind and correct only until they were certified as deputies and which allows them to receive their salaries, mainly undeserved.

The House Constituent Seance, according to a scenario that has been implemented so far and never rejected, led the oldest and youngest deputy. Adem Miclovci from the VV and Teuta Rugova from the LDK chance. I'm sure none of them, if asked, would probably sit in those chairs. This was the only mistake of his nephew, while other mistakes are negligible. The argument that it has not been able to call the new session without the consent of political subjects is not sustainable, because the head of the Kosovo Parliament's Constituent Assembly has no obligation to consult any political subject for the new session for the fact that it was only one point of the agenda: the election of the Speaker of the Parliament, the vice-chairmen and here would end the role of Adam Mikulovac and Teuta Rugova to proceed with other procedures.

Neither Adem Mikulovci nor Teuta Rugova were responsible for the failure of the session, but were irresponsible and angry MPs, respectively, their leaders, hungry for power. With the constitution in effect today in Kosovo, the pre-election coalition or subject that gets the most votes has the exclusive right to propose the candidate for the Speaker of the Assembly and that this proposal has not been rejected so far. Election beneficiaries have no right to appoint winners the name of the nominees as they are acting in the concrete case. Election beneficiaries have an interest in accelerating the election of the Parliament's leaders so they can gain justice, in the event of the PAN's failure, form the government. A normal coalition, or election winner, would not accept the non-profiter to decide who will be the candidate of the winner for the Parliament's chairman as long as it is regulated with the Constitution of Kosovo.

In the VV's argument for Kadri Wessel's opposition to the Speaker of the Parliament was that he is not a unifying figure and that he is a contradictory figure. The LDK was more radical because it said Kadri Veseli was unworthy of Speaker of the Parliament, though for three years he played the political whore in service of the PDK and Kadri Wessel. It's enough for Kadri Wessel to touch his pants belt and the LDK has dropped their panties. What dignity are they talking about today? What morality are they talking about? Then why did Kadri Wessel vote at the time when he opposed a part of LDK! The LDK is not being guided by the reason why it refuses Kadri Veselin, but by the anger and a sense of revenge for the collapse of the government Mustafa, and he repeats it on every occasion and that is the only argument. The LDK has brought down the LDK's rebel deputies in first place and then executed. PDK and all other parties, even VV. If the VV is guided by a principle of opposition , the LDK has no principles to that effect because for three years it has been an active part of political origin.

Smuggling and rape: PAN has declared that it has the numbers needed for chairman of the Parliament and the Haradinaj government. Turns out he doesn't have it. After June 1999, another situation arose where many glorious warriors went deep into the cabbages, becoming millionaires and contradicting the principles and sacrifices they made, especially during the war. Millions also became peaceable, or those who served the enemy and the interests of the people, but they were not noticed. At first, after the end of the war, collocationists who did not even stand up peaceful resistance were cowered for fear of their lives and waited for the mistakes of the force of war that were numerous to be turned into key denounciators and accusers of war and those who fought the glorious war but who violated it with their throat. Now, it is not known who made the liberation war, who betrayed him, who were tortured in the prisons of Yugoslavia and Serbia, and who were torturers.

Even now, those who served Yugoslavia and Serbia are in political offensive denying the unimaginable sacrifices that families have made to Jashari , Haradinaj and others, as well as the legendary war, under tremendously difficult and unfavourable conditions that made KLA braves (in spite of political and party affiliation) because he, who fights for people and freedom knows neither party nor politics. Ademi Demach was alpha and omega of efforts for national freedom and unity, and even if someone was and is his opponent, he cannot deny it. Ibrahim Rugova chose the easy way, which proved to be very difficult. Now, to attack and publicly lynch Teuta Rugova for voting Kadri Veselini for chairman of the Parliament and Ramush Haradinaj as Kosovo prime minister is extremely immoral and evil so earlier that those who today are attacking him for treason, in 2014 forced him to vote Kadri Veselini, Parliament Speaker and later Hashim Thaci for Kosovo president.

What are the new circumstances since then have been moral and patriotic to vote Kadriu and Hashimi, while today it is immoral and treason if Kadri Veselin and Ramush Haradinaj were voted in, except for the fact that the ruling mandate was cut to Isa Mustafa! Was the LDK a Rugovist party then or was it now when Rugova and his family are being misused for political causes and power taking! Haxhi Abdel was ashamed of a prominent hand by Teuta Rugova that was contrary to that of LDK and is not ashamed of the blackmailing, inhuman and non-human stance that they did by publicly placing Teuta Rugova. Shame and evil is denying the right to express will through voting even when you are not in common. There is a part of the LDK that communist and Yugoslav thinking of imposing political will on the contrary you will be eliminated from the political scene, as happened to a group of LDK members since the founding time that was eliminated by the LDK due to the disobedience of a political mind.

Punctuality is anthological, and the memory is short by complying with party, political and power-taking interests. Not only to LDK, but to other political subjects as well! It is immoral to smuggle an MP (I agree too) but it is moral to violate an MP's will to vote on the definition or interest (for that I disagree). I am speaking hypothetically; if Teuta Rugova returns to the political flock, he would immediately pray and be considered acting in the Rugovian spirit! I don't say PAN has made no effort to win Teuta Rugova by using all the allowed and forbidden means, but the PDK has done the same, affecting him on more sensitive issues, in family matters, and that should be separated from politics. Here's the shame and immorality of some LDK explorers who Rugova loved and loved like the snow of ten years ago.

Teuta Rugova is the victim of both political blocs wanting power at any cost. In this regard, I become solidified with Teuta as well as with all those who submit to personal and family terrorism in achieving political goals and interests of material gain.

In my opinion, it's not Teuta and Labby's fault either for winners who didn't provide numbers or for non-profitrs who don't have numbers and a position has been created between two insincere and fraudulent players. Anger as a blocker or citizen interest tool as a unlocker: Based on Kosovo Constitutional Court interpretations of 2014 PAN has the only right to propose the candidate for the Speaker of the Parliament, whom he wants, not at the will of the non-profits. Non-profitrs can vote on it or not vote on the PAN candidate but not decide on candidate name. These are rules of democracy; vote defines office, not desire. As long as the Ahtisaari Constitution in Kosovo doesn't change, we will have this situation which, according to me, should change in favour of the parliamentary majority, and without right, in unlimitedly propose the candidate even when you don't have the numbers needed for his election, regardless of the name. Insisting non-profitrs for them to decide the PAN candidate's name is inconsistent, contrary to the Constitution and logic. This imposing attitude of non-profiters is an attempt to block and move into new elections that are convening the VV but not the LDK. These elections also confirm the PDK. Going to new elections does not allow some MPs who, in the future, would not become MPs but would see the Assembly only from the perspective of an occasional passersby. Kadri Wessel, if he was led by personal resentment, would never refuse to resign from the possibility of being the speaker of the Parliament which is legally due him if the votes are secured.

With the Constitution in effect, it is probably up to the infinite vote for head of the Parliament. PAN, respectively The PDK compromised this post, which the VV does not accept, nor the LDK, which they call blackmail, even though they blackmail it. PAN looking for another name, why aren't they right? That makes it as if Albin Kurti earned the right to form the government and, if 60 votes were left by 60, the PAN would agree to support non-profitrs with the removal of Albin Kurti's name by the manager for forming the government. If someone agrees with the functioning of the Kosovo Parliament regardless of names, then these are the non-profitrs of the last election. But here lies the problem; non-profitrs do not vote for the PAN's candidate for chairman of the Parliament because they fear those votes will also be used for forming Haradinaj government. Here we are in the blind and out of sight until the internationals cut Gord's knot off like they always did! Then the misery of those fighting for power will be exposed.

The war is not being fought for chairman of the Parliament because this is determined with the Constitutions, but the war is being fought for Ramush or for Albin prime minister. If Ramush was initially extremely committed to the prime minister's post he could now be said to have remained in the shadow of Albin's ambitions, where Avdullah Hoti did not even enter any combination. The LDK deceives membership because they no longer enter a coalition unless they take the leadership of the government. These are fairy tales because, alive Albin Kurti, Avdullah Hoti can't even smell the prime minister's post unless Ramush wins in the meantime. Under normal circumstances, no political force that is on the political scene in Kosovo deserves the leadership of the state and at least the backloggers, but that Kosovo should be guided by a completely new political force. How, then, can we find that new political force and politicians? Maybe bring them back from China!
