Turkish Ambassador to Albania Calls for Care of FETO

On the first anniversary of trying putz in Turkey, this country's ambassador to Tirana, the Bayraktar Hidays stressed the organisation's great risk of “FETO”, which has been held responsible by Ankara for events of July 15, 2016. Ambassador Bayraktar also stopped at the extension of Fetullah Gulen's organisation, and [...]

The Bayraktar ambassador also stopped at the extension of the organisation led by Fetullah Gulen, and Albania.

Our “President Erdogan, even in the interview given for Top Channel, has stressed that the Albanian side should be careful about this. Certainly we, being a strategic ally with Albania, want in a friendly country like Albania not to happen and repeat what happened in Turkey on July 15, 2016. We simply warn and recommend it in a brotherly and friendly manner, so that no bitter events can be repeated in Albania, as happened in Turkey”, Ambassador Hidayet Bayraktar said.

Among other things, it also came to a halt in co-operation with the Albanian authorities on the departure of this organisation from our country, reports the TCH.

“We continue co-operation with security officers, police and judiciary, and we are satisfied with this co-operation. The issue is also addressed at higher levels. Even our embassy expresses this issue in Albanian institutions, and the relevant ministries have a co-operation in this area, and there is exchange of information. Just like We're cleaning it up from Turkey, so slowly it will be cleaned up from all other countries in the world. We have a co-operation and do not want the FETO to have its base here also in Albania”, the Turkish ambassador said further.

Turkey's Ambassador to Tirana once again reaffirmed what President Erdogan declared on the <x0-> show Top Story”, that very soon in Albania, schools of the “Maarif” Foundation will start their activity, which are supported by Turkey's government.
