The death of an elderly man between the streets in Gjilan, who shocked his opinion due to a lack of help from passersby with cars who just looked at the victim without stopping.
But those who did not stop to help the elderly will not go away without identification and punishment.
And the first suspect has already been arrested. For Insider, the prosecutor of the case, Agron Uka, has indicated that the prosecution has advanced in the investigation into the case, despite the challenges posed for identifying cars that have passed and have not stopped near the victim's body and offered no assistance.
Thus, by order of prosecutor Agron Uka has been arrested a suspect who is from Gjilan.

The detainee is F.M. from 1991-born Gjilan and was the fourth car driver who, according to the video, is seen passing by a truck.
“The suspect has been identified through specific signs and letters that were owned by cars and after various investigations came up to his identification and was arrested and detained for 48 hours”, Uka told Insideer.
According to him, the suspect has admitted to being in the vehicle in question and that he has not stopped to provide assistance, but, according to the prosecutor, the suspect has not yet given the reason why he offered assistance.
Uka has indicated that the F.M. suspect from Gjilan has been detained for the criminal act of non-relation, according to the Penal Code.

The prosecutor has told Insider that two people have so far been interviewed in the quality of the witness and are working on identifying cars they passed by and have offered no assistance.
The “Video showing the event has been sent to Pristina for a more detailed investigation as an attempt to identify vehicle license plates and thus also for suspects who have not provided aid to”, Uka has told Insideer.
Gjilan's prosecution is, according to him, trying to get the best of the drivers of the first three cars and other cars that have passed through the time the victim was lying on the sidewalk.
The victim, a citizen of Macedonian citizenship, died as a result of the heart attack on the high heat and videos from the site show a total lack of assistance from passersby and car drivers passing by. /Insider. com
