Of the 150 thousand euros it had already allocated to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to cover the cost of expertise in the dispute issue at the Arbitrazhi International Court for PTK privatisation, 15 thousand euros of them have gone to the Qerim professor, as engaged in the issue, Blic newspaper reported. com
Based on data released by the Public Procure Regulatory Commission, MZHE has signed this contract on 14 July at the lowest price.
It is also known that these financial means are separated from budgetary reserves.
Below you can see the contract signed by the MZHE contractor, Salaam Berisha and the contracted Qerim. The time of this contract is valid until the end of the case:
Company “A CP Axos Capital Gmbh” was declared the winner in the 2013 tender for the privatisation of 75 per cent stake in the mobile phone company “Vala”, for which it had offered 277m euros, but after several postponements the Government did not sign the contract with this company.
From the “Axos” indictment, if the Kosovo government loses the case, it risks losing 180m to 500m euros.
