Vidovdan's holiday in Gazimestan in the vicinity of Pristina has brought together hundreds of Serbs. Part of the holiday were, as usual, many Orthodox Church leaders from Belgrade.
Intriguing that Kosovo remains only a tourist centre now for them, Serbian bishops have not been seen in good moods on several occasions. One of them was Bosnian Serb-Bosnian bishop Atanasije Jevtic.
He was deeply irritated when he observed a T - shirt bearing the inscription of the famous American firm “Calvin Klein”. Upon seeing him, Yevtic raised his voice to the person wearing it, editor-in-chief of Indexline, Shkelim Osmanaj.
Why do you wear that? Why do you advertise me to the American firm here? Let's do something, get rid of him! He's turned to Atanasije Yevtic journalist.
After seeing Osmanaj not respond to his call, the bishop lifted his voice to take off his shirt and return it to the unseen side of the inscription. Following the bishop's request, a group of Serbs began with Serbian calls, “turn your T-shirt backwards”.
However, the demand by Jevtic and other Serbs was not realised and that the same one has stayed with the American shirt until the end of this holiday.
