While some Kosovo Serb citizens gathered yesterday in Gazimestan to mark the anniversary of the losing battle from the Ottoman Empire known as” Vidovdan”, also present was extremist organisation “Obraz”, which is prohibited from operating in Serbia.
So said the head of the Word Party, Gezim Kelmendi. According to him, the participation of this extremist organisation is really unacceptable to our state and institutions.
But strangely, our institutions today kept silent, even political parties and political leaders silent. Big shame. We as Party We respect every citizen of Kosovo regardless of religious and national affiliation, but we do not respect extremist organisations that promote violence and promote interreligious and international hatred.
We once let them know that Kosovo has never been part of Serbia, but has been occupied by Serbia. Kosovo has never exercised genocide and murder of the civilian population, but it was the regime of Serbia that terrorised and exercised genocide over the people of Kosovo.
Kosovo's political parties and political leaders are told that you are afraid to react. That your silence today proves that for the chair of power, you close your eyes and mouth in front of extremist organisations from Serbia. Do not step on the blood of our martyrs, but protect Kosovo and the people of Kosovo”, he has said.
