Vetevendosje founder Albin Kurti addressed Vetevendosje activists at the General Council yesterday through a letter from prison. In that letter, which was distributed to the public several hours later, a very disturbing thing was said: “Vetevendosje has tens of thousands of pages of text, scriptures and interviews on its discours, but it doesn't even have dozens of pages for its theory and organizational practice. ”
Kurti is an unusual politician and political scene leader in Kosovo because he remained a constant submissive and hardworking producer of his party's principles and discours. Other parties were as if ideologically unexplored, and as a result, they promoted a disproportionate personal logic. But recall what Kurt said: “... not dozens of pages for theory and organizational practice. ” The question is, how did the organising secretary Dardan Moliqaj operate then? Kurti's letter openly implies the answer to that question. It turns out that, in an organizational way, Vetevendosje was in a theoretical darkness. Moliqaj and his instrumentised men acted, not on a organizational theory, but on the basis of his own whims and thoughts. So we see a very important area within Vetevendosje, left barren, almost heterotypical, in response to its discour.
We know that on the social networks on the Internet, especially on Facebook, activists of Vetevendosje made the reputation of lynching and insulting anyone who dared to think differently. Even during the time of Albin Kurti publicly urged that there be no further polarizations and ongoing debates just for politics. Even while Albin Kurti was talking about just discurs and mobilizing measures by setting up two levels of discours. It turns out that all this vicious form of assaulting political occupants, ordinary people with different opinions, and it has become not the result of a certain strategy but, as a result of a dangerous vacuum of ideas. The emptiness of ideas is dangerous because it creates the space for political maneuvering with purely self-fulfillment by different individuals. And that's what happened. Without a theoretical background, wisdom was depreciated because all VV activists adopted a discurs logic, and courage and generosity were affirmed. Rather than further cultivating this record, it became completely barren for the sake of unifying individuals within it. It didn't matter what you said as an activist anymore, but how much you could scream, and how well you offended. This is a practice that was probably spontaneous, but extremely dangerous because on one side it justified Vetevendosje's people for their ignorance of potential bad deeds, and the other it glorified and froze the brave, the great perpetrators. This practice involved activists in a degrading way. Using them as bodies, not minds.
Such a strategic and logical reversal was thus possible from this theoretical vacuum into organization. Autonomous practices took over and served Vetevendosje in various ways. The courage to make insult and lynching, but even ridicule and humiliation triumphed. And if you're wrong, as Albin said, “apart from knowledge becomes the arrogance of injustice” And, of course, a large number of activists have been causing injustice to the public sphere in Kosovo, and the very Movement they tried to protect. The primary blame, however, falls on those responsible and engaged in such a way.
I remember that at a Assembly meeting, Albin Kurti criticised Ramush Haradinaj's governing plan for missing the method. The governing plan showed what he would do, but not how he would accomplish it. In a similar situation, however, there is Kurt's own movement, according to his own words. They have their beliefs, but they don't know how to distribute them. Since public opinion impacts. And to function their own activists.
Those who are opposing Albin these days with the “banner Sjka Papa, he has an idea” that they were the only ones who operated without any idea in Vetevendosje. The organizational secretary has not even had dozens of pages for the theory and organizational practice that he would have to refer to in his work.
