The minister, Uran Ismaili, said he has asked the OBS to be the main authority to examine the essential list.
30 out of 300 drugs on the essential list receive over 70% of the budget, so Ismaili says it is necessary to increase the health ministry's budget.
He said they would press indictments against those companies that prove to have damaged the ministry's budget.
